Description

  • Develop and implement content strategies for assigned client accounts.
  • Manage medium to large client portfolios and serve as the primary day-to-day client contact.
  • Coordinate with SEO/GEO, design, development, and other internal teams to deliver content on schedule.
  • Monitor content performance and provide clients with actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Write, edit, and deliver content for blogs, landing pages, and other formats.
  • Use AI tools and workflows to produce scalable content while maintaining quality, brand voice, and SEO/GEO standards.
  • Coordinate freelance writers and oversee content production and delivery.
  • Identify and implement improvements to content workflows and internal AI-assisted systems.
  • Identify account-growth opportunities and collaborate on actionable growth plans.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in content strategy, editorial oversight, and SEO/GEO best practices.
  • Experience developing and guiding content production across multiple client accounts.
  • Ability to align content with brand voice, search intent, client objectives, and strategic goals.
  • Strong project management skills, including coordinating freelance writers and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong client communication and account-management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Curiosity, flexibility, and willingness to develop expertise in client strategy and content execution.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling content services.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; DEPT® participates in E-Verify.
  • Hiring is limited to specified U.S. locations, with no relocation offered.
