Description

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions.
  • Build scalable and maintainable Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Implement complex data models, automations, and integrations with CRM, Data 360, and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements, including GDPR and consent management.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear technical designs.
  • Contribute to solution architecture decisions across Marketing Cloud and the wider mar-tech ecosystem.
  • Advise on integration strategies and platform extensions to support client use cases.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for clients during delivery phases.
  • Support discovery sessions, technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and project kick-offs.
  • Provide code reviews, documentation, technical validation, and pre-sales technical input.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in an agency, consulting, or technology environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience delivering complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation, data architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations between Marketing Cloud and CRM, Data 360, and external systems.
  • Strong Salesforce Platform (CRM/Service/Sales) technical and process integration knowledge.
  • Ability to explain technical trade-offs, constraints, and design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams and balancing technical depth with client-facing communication.
  • One or more Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications is preferred, such as Developer, Consultant, Email Specialist, or Administrator.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud, or other Salesforce ecosystem products is preferred.
  • Experience with CI/CD, source control, and deployment automation for Marketing Cloud is preferred.
