Description

  • Design, build, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications within a Financial Services Cloud environment.
  • Develop and optimize case management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel Routing, and Service Cloud Voice features.
  • Leverage Financial Services Cloud data models such as households, financial accounts, relationships, and client data to implement client solutions.
  • Build and maintain Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and integration services.
  • Create reusable technical components and follow coding best practices.
  • Develop API-based integrations with core banking, insurance, wealth management, and third-party systems.
  • Implement workflow automation, OmniScripts, and Flows for case resolution, service processes, and customer onboarding.
  • Enable Einstein Bots, Service Analytics, and AI-powered recommendations where required.
  • Configure service entitlements, SLAs, and milestones for financial services customers.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, mentor junior developers, and ensure timely delivery in Agile environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Knowledge, and Service Cloud Voice.
  • Experience working with Financial Services Cloud data models, including Person Accounts, Householding, Financial Accounts, and Relationship Groups.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
  • Experience with declarative tools such as Flows, OmniScripts, and Process Builder.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns, including middleware, API-led, and event-driven approaches.
  • Experience with DevOps/CI-CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, Git, and Jenkins.
  • Understanding of financial services processes such as customer onboarding, servicing, dispute management, KYC, and compliance.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification and Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps teams.
  • Exposure to Salesforce AI and analytics tools such as Einstein and Tableau CRM is a nice to have.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware for integrations is a nice to have.
  • Prior experience in regulated financial environments is a nice to have.
