Description

  • Analyze client business challenges related to product information management and omnichannel product experience.
  • Define and recommend PXM strategies, including roadmaps, operating models, and transformation plans.
  • Advise clients on product data governance, product lifecycle management, and business process optimization.
  • Lead strategic discovery phases and align stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Design and oversee complex PXM solutions integrating PIM, DAM, PLM, eCommerce, and related systems.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, eCommerce consultants, and technical experts to align business needs with implementation.
  • Manage strategic backlogs and define, monitor, and report on KPIs and ROI-driven outcomes.
  • Lead PIM platform adoption through planning, training, change management, and governance frameworks.
  • Mentor consultants across levels and provide functional oversight on client engagements.
  • Support business development activities, including scoping, solutioning, costing, and client presentations.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be based in Ontario or Québec, Canada.
  • Fluency in English is required for Québec-based candidates due to collaboration across the Americas and occasionally Europe.
  • Proven experience in PXM/PIM consulting, including strategy definition and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in product data management, product lifecycle management, and omnichannel experience.
  • Experience with PIM platforms such as Inriver, Akeneo, Salsify, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discovery phases and engage executive stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-system solutions involving PIM, DAM, PLM, and eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and operating models.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and client engagements.
  • Experience with digital transformation programs, consulting or agency environments, integration architectures, sales cycles, or change management methodologies is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in the PXM ecosystem or related technologies are preferred.

  • Salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and location.
