Description

  • Lead the end-to-end sourcing cycle for professional services and consulting, from supplier identification and RFQ through negotiation, contract execution, and renewal management.
  • Build and manage a preferred supplier panel, including role-based rate cards and standard commercial terms for the category.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers in collaboration with Legal, Data Privacy, and Cybersecurity.
  • Manage active agreements, including scope, pricing, amendments, renewals, and intake requests for the category.
  • Drive portfolio consolidation initiatives that reduce supplier fragmentation and deliver measurable cost savings.
  • Benchmark supplier rates and market positioning against external references and provide commercial challenge to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across delivery, Finance, Legal, and senior management in NA and EMEA.
  • Evaluate and improve procurement processes, contributing to playbooks, governance standards, and broader transformation initiatives.
  • Support the procurement transformation roadmap, including system implementation, policy rollout, and AI-assisted tooling adoption.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or indirect categories, preferably in a fast-paced technology or digital consultancy environment.
  • CIPS, CPM, or equivalent procurement certification is welcomed but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading sourcing events, managing supplier negotiations, and delivering measurable cost outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to read, negotiate, and challenge professional services agreements, master supply agreements, and statements of work.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships in a complex, multi-country environment and influencing senior leaders without authority.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building category structure where little or none exists.
  • Strong analytical skills, including building spend baselines, conducting market benchmarking, and developing business cases for sourcing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to accelerate procurement deliverables.
  • Experience with procurement platforms or e-sourcing tools that incorporate AI is a plus.
