Description

  • Lead Flutter mobile app development across Android and iOS.
  • Own the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of Flutter applications.
  • Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performing mobile solutions.
  • Define and promote best engineering practices for quality, clean code, testing, and observability.
  • Mentor and guide Flutter developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.
  • Ensure code quality, testing, and CI/CD integration.
  • Stay current with Flutter and Dart trends and best practices.
  • Manage technical risks and project timelines.
  • Drive Flutter adoption and contribute to technical excellence across the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of total development experience, including at least 3+ years in Flutter development.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, modern design patterns, and object-oriented software engineering best practices.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  • Ability to cover all or almost all work with tests.
  • Understanding of user interface design principles.
  • Expert knowledge of the Dart language.
  • Experience developing native Android/iOS applications is a plus.
  • Knowledge of development and configuration tools such as Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services.
  • Knowledge of modern mobile architecture patterns such as BLoC and MVVM, plus functional programming principles.
  • Understanding of DRY and SOLID principles.
  • Experience creating multi-module projects.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
