Description

  • Lead measurement strategy across digital analytics initiatives.
  • Own implementation quality for tracking, tagging, and data collection.
  • Design tracking frameworks and measurement plans.
  • Audit data layers and validate analytics implementations.
  • Build analytics data models and structured reporting datasets from event-level data.
  • Bridge analytics implementation needs with BI and reporting requirements.
  • Support campaign measurement and digital marketing analytics.
  • Establish standards, governance, and practices that improve analytics maturity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and business teams.
  • Balance hands-on delivery with strategic oversight in a senior lead role.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital analytics or analytics engineering.
  • Strong expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Proven experience designing tracking frameworks and measurement plans.
  • Experience auditing data layers and validating analytics implementations.
  • Strong experience with BigQuery and cloud-based data environments.
  • Solid understanding of ELT processes and analytics data modelling.
  • Experience transforming event-level data into structured reporting datasets.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and consent management.
  • Experience with OneTrust and/or CookiePro.
  • Strong knowledge of UTM structures, attribution models, and traffic source tracking.
  • Proven ability to operate in a senior or lead analytics engineering role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience setting standards, governance, and improving analytics maturity.
  • Experience with server-side GTM (sGTM) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud tools such as Pub/Sub, Dataform, and Workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with server-side tagging, custom domains, and first-party data strategies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with advertising platform integrations such as Meta and TikTok is preferred.
