Description

  • Partner with technical consultants to translate business needs into data models and business definitions.
  • Run cross-functional workshops to align multi-disciplinary stakeholders on requirements.
  • Produce process maps, business requirements, user stories, and decision logs.
  • Support product lifecycle, assortment planning, and remodeling data models across PLM, ERP, and PIM/PXM systems.
  • Apply data governance practices for product and seasonal attributes.
  • Collaborate with teams across the Americas and Europe in English.
  • Contribute to continuous learning and help transform customer experience initiatives.
  • Work within an Agile and consulting environment as needed.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in retail or apparel merchandising, especially seasonality-heavy businesses.
  • Experience with product lifecycle, assortment planning, and data model redesign across PLM, ERP, and PIM/PXM.
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and align cross-functional teams on business definitions and requirements.
  • Good knowledge of data governance practices for product and seasonal attributes.
  • Fluency in English is required for Québec-based candidates.
  • Applicants must be located in Ontario or Québec.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are preferred.
  • Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills are preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus.
  • A passion for learning about the business daily is a plus.
