Description

  • Provide first- and second-line IT support for internal cases through a case management system.
  • Manage workstations, servers, and web-based collaboration tools.
  • Administer and further develop internal IT infrastructure across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Evaluate, manage, and implement new tools and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot end-user desktop issues hands-on.
  • Support network management activities as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with an international team while also operating independently.
  • Prioritize and handle service requests in a customer-oriented, problem-solving environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or another relevant education in System Administration / IT.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and workstation imaging.
  • Apple macOS knowledge is recommended.
  • Knowledge of server environments for both Windows and Linux.
  • Previous experience with Office 365, VMware, and Active Directory.
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python is a plus.
  • Knowledge of service desk incident and case management systems is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with end-user desktop troubleshooting.
  • Experience with network management in previous roles.
  • Good command of English is required.
  • Proficiency in Dutch is a big plus.
