Description

  • Define and execute the global SDLC/DevEx practice strategy and business plan.
  • Build and lead a network of regional Practice Leads across EMEA, North America and APAC.
  • Create packaged, go-to-market-ready offerings, solution blueprints, IP, accelerators and delivery playbooks.
  • Productize regional delivery experience to improve sales velocity, delivery quality, asset reuse and margins.
  • Lead executive client engagements with CTOs, VP Engineering, CISOs and equivalent stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Managed Services to generate and close strategic opportunities.
  • Lead discovery and gap-analysis workshops and translate business needs and SDLC maturity gaps into modernization roadmaps.
  • Drive global standards, reusable assets and continuous improvement across regional teams.
  • Develop practitioner capability through enablement, certifications, mentoring and knowledge management.
  • Maintain market leadership across DevOps, CI/CD, developer experience, SDLC governance, Atlassian platforms and AI-enabled software development.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in professional services, technology consulting or enterprise software, including substantial SDLC, DevOps, developer experience or engineering-tooling work.
  • Proven experience building and scaling a professional services practice or solution line.
  • Experience creating repeatable offerings, IP assets and delivery playbooks.
  • Commercial experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services and Managed Services to generate and close pipeline.
  • Deep familiarity with AI for software development, ideally including agentic AI tools, AI-assisted development pipelines or AI-augmented DevOps.
  • Experience engaging CTO-, VP Engineering- or equivalent-level stakeholders as a strategic thought leader.
  • Deep knowledge of the Atlassian Software Collection, including Jira Software, Bitbucket, Compass, Confluence and adjacent enterprise SDLC tools.
  • Understanding of enterprise Atlassian Software Collection positioning and deployment; Atlassian partner certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Experience working across EMEA, AMER and APAC and driving global standards among distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery and gap-analysis workshops and develop SDLC modernization visions and roadmaps.
  • Must be based in the East Coast time zone.
