Description

  • Understand business models, workflows, user needs, constraints, and pain points to define underlying business problems.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, redesign, automate, or improve workflows and processes.
  • Translate ambiguous challenges into problem statements, solution concepts, priorities, and actionable plans.
  • Define outcomes, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with customer and business objectives.
  • Evaluate and apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to deliver measurable value.
  • Lead collaboration across engineering, product, data, architecture, operations, compliance, finance, and business teams.
  • Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, tradeoffs, and key decisions throughout delivery.
  • Partner with technical teams on data, integrations, governance, security, scalability, cost, and production requirements.
  • Guide solutions from design and development through deployment, adoption, and operational integration.
  • Engage stakeholders and end users, drive organizational change, establish ownership, and track post-deployment outcomes.

Requirements

  • Typically 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, healthcare transformation, product or capability strategy, operations leadership, technology strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience owning complex, cross-functional change from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurable results.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex operating models and synthesize input from frontline experts.
  • Experience shaping products, capabilities, workflows, processes, or operating-model changes using user needs, outcomes, roadmaps, priorities, and tradeoffs.
  • Strong business judgment in evaluating value, feasibility, risk, strategic fit, and investment decisions under uncertainty.
  • Executive-level written and verbal communication, facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder influence without direct authority.
  • Technical fluency in AI, automation, data, software delivery, integration, and enterprise technology.
  • Experience developing business cases, baselines, success measures, and value-realization plans.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and maintain accountability for outcomes.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, insurance, regulated operations, or complex enterprise environments; AI-enabled products; multidisciplinary product teams; pilots, MVPs, or proofs of value.
