Description

  • Lead discovery phases and identify high-value client opportunities.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on cloud strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Design tailored solutions aligned with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Lead and oversee delivery of complex or cross-practice projects.
  • Ensure delivery approaches align with client needs, best practices, and Valiantys standards.
  • Act as technical lead when required to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Produce, review, and report on key deliverables, progress, and outcomes.
  • Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
  • Contribute to onboarding, enablement, and knowledge sharing across the consulting team.
  • Support presales activities, including solution design, scoping, and demonstrations.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and act as an escalation point for critical issues.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting and leading complex projects.
  • Deep expertise in Atlassian tools and cloud environments.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with strong execution capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment.
  • Commitment to quality, client success, and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Based anywhere in France, with full remote possible and willingness to travel for work.
