Description

  • Execute and monitor administrative tasks across multiple departments within established timelines.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and update records in CRM and internal systems.
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Keep customer files, notes, and records organized and accessible.
  • Prepare clear, error-free customer-facing documentation and reports.
  • Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them to the appropriate coordinator.
  • Handle other similar or related operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluent English at C1/C2 level and Spanish fluency.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or customer-facing roles.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to make light decisions and adapt to partially documented or evolving workflows.
  • Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Quiet home office, stable internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload, and a backup connection.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
  • Availability to work 6:00 AM–2:00 PM PT (9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST) and no travel commitments during the first four months of employment.

  • Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696–$1,044 per month, based on experience.
