Description

  • Provide technical support to customers via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Resolve support inquiries ranging from basic how-to questions to product assistance.
  • Gather technical information needed to diagnose and resolve complex cases.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction throughout each interaction.
  • Stay up to date on the client’s products and services.
  • Work securely with customers’ sensitive information.
  • Troubleshoot common issues using the knowledge base and update transaction statuses as needed.
  • Provide guidance on subscription-related issues.
  • Escalate complex, repetitive, or merchant-related issues to the L2 team.
  • Ensure proper case handling and follow-up to support timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Excellent English and German communication skills, with at least C1 proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems, tools, and platforms.
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.
  • Technical support experience is a plus.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CET.
  • Ability to work fully remotely from a suitable home setup with a stable internet connection.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and internet speeds of at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
