Description

  • Develop territory-specific business plans to increase engagement and meet sales goals for Themis and UWorld products.
  • Set strategy, goals, and benchmarks with a supervisor for annual bar review engagement and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with assigned law schools, including faculty, administrators, students, and student groups.
  • Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, workshops, webinars, emails, and other communications with law schools.
  • Recruit, train, support, and motivate student campus representatives.
  • Promote company products and services to law schools and related organizations.
  • Provide direct support and mentoring to student users of the bar review program.
  • Maintain contact management system records, including contact information, event tracking, and campaign participation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strong service and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and bar exam success strategy.

Requirements

  • JD required.
  • Bar licensure required, or recent graduates sitting for their first bar exam/awaiting results may be considered.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for legal education and student success.
  • Superior communication skills for in-person, phone, and online meetings and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and writing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment that supports innovation.
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive feedback.
  • Computer proficiency, including web-based applications, CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and online collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work productively from a home office, on campus, or while on the go.
  • Previous legal education and/or sales experience preferred.
