Description

  • Conduct initial site surveys for newly acquired plots and development sites, documenting terrain, infrastructure, boundaries, elevations, and existing conditions.
  • Perform regular monthly site visits to active construction projects worldwide to complete as-built surveys and monitor progress.
  • Verify executed works against architectural drawings, engineering plans, BIM models, and approved construction documentation.
  • Identify deviations, inconsistencies, tolerances, and technical issues between the design and actual built conditions.
  • Produce detailed survey reports, progress documentation, measurements, photographic records, and technical assessments.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and technical consultants to align execution with design intent and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of project status, progress milestones, and survey data across active developments.
  • Support quality control by checking construction accuracy, dimensional compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Use surveying technologies and software such as GPS/GNSS equipment, total stations, drones, laser scanning, CAD, and BIM-related tools.
  • Travel extensively internationally to inspect multiple luxury construction projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Degree or technical certification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction surveying, as-built verification, or site inspection within high-end residential, hospitality, or luxury developments.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings, construction methodologies, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with surveying equipment and software platforms.
  • Ability to interpret and compare as-built conditions against design documentation with high precision.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary international teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively worldwide.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
