Description

  • Recruit, train, and certify active evaluators from the internal database for specific projects through email and phone outreach.
  • Manage the timely assignment and execution of missions according to company standards, client requirements, and project deadlines.
  • Coordinate and report project status to the Operations Manager or Operations Team Lead.
  • Handle fieldwork, pilots, and other local project activities as part of the mission execution cycle.
  • Support the successful, timely, and cost-effective delivery of local projects.
  • Work closely with global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in and experience with project coordination and community management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities for project activities.
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with self-motivation.
  • Strong time management and planning/scheduling skills.
  • Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
