Description

  • Work closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise exterior, interior, and architectural projects.
  • Develop sketches into architectural concepts in collaboration with the Design Director.
  • Put forward design concept ideas based on client requirements for review and feedback.
  • Create bespoke materials and textures in 3ds Max and Corona Render using selections from interior designers.
  • Model or source 3D FF&E based on exterior and interior designer selections.
  • Model bespoke furniture from sketches or image references.
  • Produce fast sketch renders and previews for internal review of interior and exterior designs.
  • Work in an agile team environment and use project management software such as Jira.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • At least 5 years of solid experience as a CGI Exterior Designer with a number of finished projects.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a CGI Interior Designer with a number of finished projects.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, and other visualisation tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional-level English, both written and verbal.
  • Portfolio is required.
  • Ability to work fully remote and collaborate during CET or UK hours.
  • No visa sponsorship or relocation support is provided for this position.
