Description

Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored to specific audiences.
Translate complex data into clear, minimalist visual storytelling with strong visual hierarchy.
Elevate presentations using custom fonts, animations, and consistent visual styling.
Maintain a polished, persuasive, premium corporate-meets-creative look across deliverables.
Validate visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.
Collaborate with Tendem Agents by handling the creative, critical-thinking, and formatting work that complements automated tasks.

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative field is a plus.
Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar presentation software for building complex, dynamic decks.
Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for custom graphics and layouts.
Ability to translate complex data and multi-level structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
Advanced skills in typography and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative layouts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual perfection.
A portfolio link featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization must be included in the CV.
