Description

  • Define and build customer advocacy programs, including references, testimonials, case studies, and speaker programs.
  • Turn customer usage and outcomes into proof assets that support new business, renewal, and expansion conversations.
  • Identify, tier, and activate customer champions based on ICP fit, deal stage, and live opportunities.
  • Create reusable customer enablement materials and examples that reinforce product adoption and practical workflows.
  • Contribute practitioner-focused content and lead customer masterclasses, webinars, and other public-facing programs.
  • Represent UserEvidence in industry conversations and events.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure customer proof is used consistently in revenue conversations.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to embed customer credibility across the go-to-market motion.
  • Build systems and processes for customer advocacy rather than one-off campaigns or reactive requests.
  • Operate independently to prioritize work and create structure in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with ownership of customer marketing, advocacy, or post-sale programs.
  • Experience building and scaling customer advocacy programs, including references, testimonials, and champion engagement.
  • Ability to turn real customer usage into proof that Sales and Customer Success use in revenue conversations.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders.
  • Experience representing a company publicly through webinars, events, customer roundtables, or industry speaking engagements.
  • Confidence leading practitioner-focused conversations and serving as a credible voice to other customer marketers.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to build repeatable processes instead of one-off campaigns.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience with customer masterclasses or webinars is preferred.
