Description

Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
Provide analytical support for strategic modeling, metrics, and decision-making for U.S. Government agencies.
Support cost modeling and cost-benefit analysis for assigned projects.
Assist with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) activities by providing data-driven insights.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using data analytics.
Provide analytical strategy and support for Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) initiatives.
Manage records data, including FOIA declassification and records scheduling.
Generate monthly training reports for military and civilian personnel.
Deliver operational support to federal clients as directed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is highly preferred.
3 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics or a related field.
Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Strong skills in MS Excel for data analysis and modeling.
Python or other programming languages is a plus.
Preferred knowledge of TBM practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
U.S. citizenship is required.
DoD Secret clearance is required.
