Description

  • Develop and implement Revit models for interior design projects with accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Generate and revise technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Prepare and maintain Revit families and templates for efficient project execution.
  • Stay current on Revit updates and apply best practices to the design process.
  • Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Create photorealistic interior renderings.
  • Develop engaging client presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Self-sufficient, self-starter, and fast learner who requires minimal repeated instruction.
  • Proficiency in Revit, CAD, BIM360, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to produce 3D views from Revit and create renderings using tools such as Enscape or SketchUp.
  • Extensive experience with Revit for interior design documentation on large projects such as hotels and towers.
  • Experience working on hospitality or multi-family projects.
  • Experience creating families in Revit.
  • Ability to use Photoshop to render views exported from drafting software.
  • Proficient English speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in interior design documentation for complex projects is preferred.
