Description

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
  • Schedule new referrals and patient visits from fax, phone, and physician offices.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect payments at the time of service.
  • Maintain an orderly, organized front office and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
  • Convert referrals into evaluations and support patient intake processes.
  • Manage schedule efficiency, document routing, deposits, non-clinical documentation, and clinic reporting.
  • Monitor clinic inventory and help maintain day-to-day practice management workflows.
  • Make welcome calls and help monitor arrival rates through a strong customer experience.
  • Attend required training and complete quarterly compliance training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with business office and field leadership.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines, and work with little to no supervision.
  • Efficient time management and presentation skills as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work full-time, Monday through Friday, a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • May be required to attend special events some evenings and weekends or work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to operate multiple computer programs and office equipment such as printers, phones, keyboards, mice, and copy machines.
  • Ability to sit for long periods, use repetitive typing motions, and view computer screens constantly.
  • Ability to understand information, use judgment, and respond appropriately in various situations.
  • Experience with Raintree or other business process updates through Territory Field Trainers is preferred.
