Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and assist with scheduling, inquiries, and follow-up care.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and communicate effectively with healthcare providers to support timely care.
  • Gather, verify, and update patient medical history and insurance information.
  • Address patient concerns and facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff.
  • Help patients navigate insurance requirements and understand their care plans.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout all patient interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and standard office software.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Availability to work U.S. hours, 9am-5pm EST.
  • Full-time availability.
