Description

  • Conduct research to identify the best-fit experts for assigned projects.
  • Work with Project Managers to confirm and refine project scope during research and sourcing.
  • Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts.
  • Coordinate and conduct calls with prospective experts to validate their background and fit.
  • Document expert experience clearly and concisely for evaluation by Client Contributors.
  • Answer expert questions and handle objections to improve onboarding rates.
  • Negotiate expert rates while aligning cost with the value of their insight and background.
  • Support scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors.
  • Monitor calls and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate/expert evaluation.
  • Proficient Italian speaker at C1/C2 level.
  • Strong inquisitiveness and ability to quickly identify patterns and relevant expert profiles.
  • Ability to manage fast turnaround projects, meet deadlines, and hit targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately document relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with industry experts and explaining the network participation process.
  • Goal-oriented mindset focused on delivering the best expert profiles quickly and efficiently.
