Description

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
  • Schedule new referrals and patient visits received by fax, phone, or physician offices.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect payments due at the time of service.
  • Maintain an organized front office and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
  • Support patient intake and convert referrals into evaluations.
  • Manage schedules, document routing, deposits, non-clinical documentation, and inventory.
  • Handle welcome calls and help improve patient arrival rates through a positive customer experience.
  • Complete required training, including Raintree updates and quarterly compliance training.
  • Work with the Clinic Director to support efficient clinic procedures and clinic growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with business office and field leadership.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple computer programs and maintain organizational detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with little to no supervision.
  • Efficient time management and presentation skills as part of a team.
  • Must be able to operate as an entry-level office professional in a fast-paced clinic environment.
  • Full-time availability during normal business hours Monday through Friday, with at least 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend special events and work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to perform sedentary work, including frequent computer use and repetitive typing.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, communicate, and occasionally lift or move up to 20 lbs.
