Description

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
  • Schedule new referrals and patient visits received by fax or phone.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage.
  • Collect patient payments at the time of service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front office workspace.
  • Support clinic growth through efficient practice management and patient intake processes.
  • Create an inviting clinic atmosphere and make welcome calls.
  • Manage schedule, document routing, deposits, and non-clinical documentation.
  • Monitor caseload-related reporting, insurance reporting, and clinic inventory.
  • Complete required training and quarterly compliance training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with business office and field leadership.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple computer programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with little to no supervision.
  • Efficient time management and presentation skills as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand information and use judgment to respond appropriately in various situations.
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Availability to attend special events بعض evenings and weekends or work additional hours as needed.
