Description

  • Design and facilitate peer learning programs, workshops, working groups, and events across the Rural Innovation Network.
  • Lead the design and coordination of the Network’s learning curriculum and annual member learning journey.
  • Partner with members and external experts to co-create and deliver learning sessions for major events, including the annual CORI Summit.
  • Curate and share learning content and member-generated resources such as guides, playbooks, and templates.
  • Encourage active participation and foster a culture of shared learning within CORI and the Network.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to integrate field insights into CORI’s research, data, and analysis and share findings back with members.
  • Develop and maintain a database of partner organizations and connect Network members to relevant resources and support.
  • Support ecosystem assessments and strategy development with rural communities to strengthen engagement approaches.
  • Manage digital member engagement through CORI’s platforms with relevant content and moderation.
  • Track engagement data, pilot new learning formats, and improve the learning model using member feedback and emerging needs.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience facilitating learning communities, networks, or digital engagement programs.
  • Strong facilitation, event design, and community management skills.
  • Experience with virtual or remote facilitation techniques.
  • Experience with digital engagement platforms and knowledge management systems.
  • Curriculum or learning design expertise and experience managing virtual or hybrid learning environments.
  • Familiarity with learning analytics, KPIs, and content operations.
  • Data literacy and ability to interpret dashboards or performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive practices and reducing barriers to participation.
  • Passion for rural economic development and inclusive innovation.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time to rural communities across the United States and for occasional in-person staff meetings.
