Description

  • Resolve SIS-to-product data integration issues and configure import processes.
  • Write and update extract scripts to support reliable data flow.
  • Perform database updates, merges, deletions, and imports while maintaining data integrity.
  • Conduct quality-control checks, investigate discrepancies, and remediate data errors.
  • Handle escalated data support cases and advise customers on ETL processes and data specifications.
  • Provide clear status updates on issue resolution to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams on complex integration issues and business rules.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer/Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Foundational knowledge of ETL processes, SQL querying, SFTP servers, and file navigation across Linux/Mac OS and Windows.
  • Experience writing SQL scripts.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong customer support, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to work across teams.
  • Familiarity with Postman, SFTP clients, and API testing tools.
  • Previous experience in data analysis, integration, or technical support; educational technology or K–12 experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree, knowledge of Renaissance products such as DnA, eduCLIMBER, or FastBridge, and experience in education environments are preferred.

  • Salary range of $51,100–$70,300, varying by location.
