Description

  • Design and develop scalable risk data pipelines, models, and curated datasets for enterprise risk monitoring and reporting.
  • Own and manage the Key Risk Indicator (KRI) program across all risk categories and business activities.
  • Build and maintain risk reporting infrastructure, including dashboards, snapshot reporting, and aggregation capabilities.
  • Train internal users on risk dashboards, tools, and reporting workflows.
  • Provide data and analytical support for enterprise risk assessments, board reporting, exam and audit requests, and ad hoc requests.
  • Partner with risk leaders and subject matter experts to translate program requirements into repeatable data and reporting solutions.
  • Support setup, maintenance, and administration of the GRC tool across Risk teams.
  • Establish consistent methodology for risk metric measurement, threshold setting, breach escalation, and response protocols.
  • Serve as a liaison to external stakeholders such as examiners and auditors on risk metrics and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in risk analytics or a related quantitative function in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts in transactional and analytical databases.
  • Demonstrated experience with risk data aggregation, KRI design and monitoring, or risk reporting infrastructure.
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and ETL optimization techniques.
  • Experience with BI or analytics tools such as Looker or Mode, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience in a bank or OCC-regulated institution, especially building risk monitoring programs ahead of regulatory examination (preferred).
  • Familiarity with OCC or Federal Reserve expectations for enterprise risk reporting and KRI frameworks (preferred).
  • Knowledge of quantitative risk measurement techniques such as scenario analysis or risk scoring methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience building automated data pipelines or dashboards for regulatory or executive reporting (preferred).
  • Experience implementing or managing a bank-grade GRC tool (preferred).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to independently drive programs from design through implementation (preferred).

  • Anticipated base salary range of $172,100 to $238,300 USD for remote U.S. roles.
