Description

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Own the master social media calendar and shape a cohesive editorial narrative across channels.
  • Optimize social content distribution for AI-driven search visibility through metadata, transcripts, articles, and related formats.
  • Build and manage an employee advocacy program that amplifies internal experts and brand reach.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Campaign Managers to turn product launches and feature updates into effective social campaigns.
  • Lead the social proof program in collaboration with PMMs, Content, and Video teams, including production and content atomization.
  • Track performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve content strategy and organic reach.
  • Work with Design and Video teams to produce social-first visual assets, from short-form clips to long-form educational content.
  • Monitor social platform algorithms, emerging channels, and cybersecurity news to keep the brand current and relevant.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional social media experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience maintaining a master editorial calendar and shaping a unified brand narrative for a technical audience.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across Campaign, Content, Video, and Product teams in a cross-functional role.
  • Strong short-form writing and communication skills for clear, authoritative social copy.
  • Experience building or scaling employee advocacy programs.
  • Proficiency with social analytics tools and using metrics to inform growth strategy.
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts and experience briefing creative teams on social assets.
  • Understanding of AI search, social metadata, transcripts, and long-form optimization for search visibility.
  • Ability to align social media activity with broader business objectives and marketing campaigns.
  • Preferred: deep knowledge of the LinkedIn algorithm, YouTube SEO, and AEO-focused social strategy.
  • Preferred: experience with basic video editing tools or producing YouTube-focused content.
  • Preferred: experience managing social accounts for a global brand across multiple time zones and regions.
  • Preferred: foundational understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and ability to translate complex technical products into high-signal content.
  • Must be able to work in a fully remote environment and, for U.S. applicants, be located in one of the supported states.
  • Must be able to complete a national police history check and reference checks, and not require visa sponsorship or relocation.

  • $140,000 - $160,000 annual salary.
