Description

  • Lead end-to-end planning, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel B2B SaaS marketing campaigns focused on pipeline generation for an assigned product stream.
  • Serve as primary project manager by creating and maintaining detailed campaign calendars and coordinating inputs from Product Marketing, Content, Creative, and Web Design.
  • Act as the stream’s chief liaison with shared services (Social Media, Analytics, Marketing Tech, Paid Search, Email, SEO, BDR, Field Marketing) to ensure assets are deployed and tracked effectively.
  • Define and manage campaign budgets, allocate spend across channels, and collaborate with shared services to monitor performance efficiency and ROI.
  • Own campaign performance reporting by defining KPIs, interpreting results, and providing regular, actionable updates to the stream and leadership.
  • Implement continuous A/B testing and optimization across campaign elements, including landing pages, ad creatives, and lead nurturing flows to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
  • Ensure tight alignment with sales (BDR and Field Marketing) to facilitate seamless lead handoff, track follow-up effectiveness, and capture insights for future campaigns.
  • Integrate core stream work with specialized shared-service capabilities to drive high-quality pipeline and meet demand targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing and executing multi-channel, integrated demand generation campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven excellence in project management, organization, and navigating complex cross-functional execution timelines.
  • Strong analytical rigor with a track record of defining marketing KPIs, analyzing campaign data, and translating performance trends into optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana) for campaign buildout, tracking, and reporting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to brief and coordinate internal stream teammates and external shared-service partners.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, lead scoring, and requirements for delivering qualified pipeline.
  • Experience operating in a cross-functional marketing structure (e.g., agile, pod, or stream model) is a plus.
  • Prior experience marketing cybersecurity or complex B2B technology products/services is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (or a similar platform) campaign functionality and reporting is a plus.
  • Candidates must be able to undergo a national police history check and reference checks; UpGuard cannot support visa sponsorship or relocation at this time and U.S. hires are limited to specific states (CA, MD, MA, IL, OR, WA, CO, TX, FL, PA, LA, MO, DC).
