Description

  • Build bespoke workflows between marketing systems and data sources using n8n and BigQuery.
  • Improve the Segment, BigQuery, and HubSpot pipeline to maintain high-fidelity event tracking.
  • Transform raw marketing signals into actionable revenue triggers.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate automated workflows quickly from abstract ideas to working solutions.
  • Use AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude to write scripts, handle API edge cases, and automate data cleaning tasks.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the go-to-market process and engineer technical solutions to remove or optimize them.
  • Own the connectivity and orchestration of a fragmented marketing technology stack.
  • Collaborate across marketing strategy and technical engineering to support scalable growth.

Requirements

  • Deep proficiency with n8n, including node-based logic, HTTP requests, and custom JavaScript nodes.
  • Strong technical command of BigQuery, including SQL and DDL.
  • Strong experience with Segment, including Protocols, Engage, Identity Resolution, and Sources/Destinations.
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot, especially Custom Objects and API-driven workflows.
  • A proven bias for action and a preference for shipping functional automation over theoretical architecture.
  • Daily mastery of AI coding assistants such as Cursor and Claude.
  • Experience as a data engineer with strong exposure to growth or marketing data sources, or as a marketing operations professional with strong AI automation ability.
  • Familiarity with the data challenges and pace of a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ability to plug into and work with a wide range of APIs and tools.
  • Must be able to complete a national police history check and reference checks; visa sponsorship and relocation are not supported.
