Description

Build and support high-performance data solutions for the Data Analytics team.
Monitor production data tools and respond to issues as they arise.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems across data systems and pipelines.
Develop ETL processes and data warehousing solutions with long-term maintainability in mind.
Collaborate with team members and product teams to support the full data and business intelligence lifecycle.
Support analytics tools, including patching, updating, and resolving system failures.
Work with end users to reduce friction and maximize the value of internal tools.
Own solutions from development through production support.
Contribute to a small team responsible for the organization’s data and business intelligence environment.

Requirements

Strong SQL skills, including data modeling concepts and ETL best practices.
Solid programming skills in Python or Go.
Willingness to learn other languages as needed, including Groovy and Perl.
Experience with cloud-based data engineering platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Experience with large-scale data migration tools such as Databricks.
Comfort with the Linux command line and shell scripting.
TechOps experience supporting analytics tools and troubleshooting system issues or failures.
Interest in ETL processes and data warehousing.
Ability to work collaboratively on a small team.
Minimal travel availability of 1-3 weeks per year for on-site meetings.
