Description

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of integrated B2B SaaS marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, authority, and pipeline generation.
  • Develop and execute campaign themes that position UpGuard as a comprehensive platform solution for cyber risk management.
  • Serve as the primary project manager by creating campaign calendars and coordinating inputs from Product Marketing, Content, Creative, and Web Design.
  • Act as the main liaison with shared services such as Social Media, Analytics, Marketing Tech, Paid Search, Email, and SEO to ensure campaigns are deployed and tracked effectively.
  • Define, manage, and allocate campaign budgets across channels to meet demand targets and improve ROI.
  • Own campaign performance reporting by defining KPIs, interpreting results, and delivering actionable updates to leadership.
  • Run continuous A/B testing and optimization across landing pages, ad creatives, and lead nurturing flows to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
  • Ensure alignment with BDR and Field Marketing teams to support lead handoff, follow-up tracking, and campaign insights.
  • Integrate cross-functional workstreams and keep stakeholders aligned on execution timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • A strong portfolio of brand-building or platform-focused campaign work.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional timelines.
  • Strong analytical ability to define marketing KPIs, analyze campaign data, and turn insights into optimization actions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Asana.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for coordinating internal teams and external partners.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, lead scoring, and qualified pipeline requirements.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS where brand is a key differentiator (preferred).
  • Experience working in a cross-functional marketing structure such as agile, pod, or stream models (preferred).
  • Experience marketing cybersecurity or complex B2B technology products/services (preferred).
  • A deep understanding of channel distribution strategies (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot or similar platform campaign functionality and reporting (preferred).
