Description

  • Process approximately 200–300 vendor invoices and credit memos weekly using Tipalti.
  • Track invoices through the complete procure-to-pay cycle.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support timely payments.
  • Monitor and reduce aged balances while maintaining accurate payables reporting.
  • Identify and resolve AP process issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Cross-train with teammates to provide coverage during absences.
  • Apply accounting methods, policies, and principles consistently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
  • Support departmental and company projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience required.
  • Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, adaptable, and team-oriented approach.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to learn quickly and respond constructively to challenges.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience with Tipalti and/or NetSuite preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from Venezuela.
