Description

  • Review monthly financial results against budget and provide variance analysis.
  • Manage monthly market billing, including invoice preparation, review, distribution, and contractual compliance.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, perform aging analysis, follow up with customers, and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain grant-related financial reports and documentation.
  • Serve as the accounting liaison for government agencies and funding partners.
  • Prepare complex journal entries and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with Revenue Cycle to ensure accurate revenue accounting and accounts receivable reconciliations.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and conduct analysis supporting the month-end close.
  • Support annual financial statement audits and maintain the integrity of financial systems, processes, and data.
  • Provide guidance to Staff Accountants on complex issues while maintaining confidentiality of financial and employee information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, and general ledger systems.
  • Fully remote work eligibility in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, or WI.
  • Compliance with the company’s mandatory vaccination policy, including documentation or an approved exemption before starting.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Five years of experience preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
  • Healthcare finance experience preferred.
