Description

  • Install and service access control and IP camera systems according to engineered drawings.
  • Independently program, terminate, and commission a wide range of access control products and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting job productivity and system performance.
  • Perform maintenance on electronic devices, power supplies, and network components.
  • Communicate job activity and progress to the Project Manager or Field Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork related to job tickets.
  • Maintain a safe, clean working environment at all times.
  • Maintain the condition and cleanliness of any company-provided vehicle.
  • Report driving incidents or near misses to management immediately.
  • Attend required product and safety training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of field installation experience in a security environment.
  • Experience installing door hardware such as strikes and magnetic locks.
  • Experience in audio visual technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with coworkers, subcontractors, and customers.
  • Strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, and a "can do" attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Must be a self-starter and quick learner.
  • Lenel, Software House, or Genetec certification preferred.
  • Certifications in Software House, Genetec, American Dynamics, Bosch, or other IP camera products are a plus.

  • Pay range of $60,000 to $83,000 USD.
