Description

  • Lead executive searches for Director, Vice President, C-Suite, and other mission-critical leadership roles.
  • Partner with the CEO, executive leadership team, and hiring managers to identify current and future leadership needs.
  • Build and maintain executive talent communities in Greenhouse to create long-term candidate pipelines.
  • Develop talent maps and market intelligence reports to identify leaders who can drive future business growth.
  • Manage executive referrals and strategic candidate relationships.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
  • Represent MetroStar at industry conferences, networking events, leadership forums, university events, and military/veteran networking events.
  • Plan and lead at least one quarterly talent engagement event with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Own MetroStar’s SkillBridge recruiting strategy and coordinate placements into full-time roles.
  • Lead university recruiting strategy and internship programs, including relationships with universities, faculty, student organizations, and career services.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of recruiting experience with significant executive search experience.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting Directors, Vice Presidents, C-Suite leaders, Practice Leaders, or other senior executives.
  • Experience building executive talent communities and long-term leadership pipelines.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership teams.
  • Exceptional sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% to 20% annually.
  • Experience with Greenhouse talent community management is preferred.
  • Experience working with military transition programs, university recruiting, or internship programs is preferred.
  • Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.

  • Competitive base salary of $125,000–$165,000.
  • Potential total compensation of $200,000–$250,000+ annually for high performers.
