Description

  • Own the prioritization, delivery, and performance of a comprehensive global social media portfolio.
  • Optimize content for reach and engagement based on platform algorithms and audience behaviors.
  • Design paid and boosting frameworks to amplify Unity’s most important stories.
  • Lead end-to-end social strategy for Unity’s executive leadership, including VP+ communications.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to shape executive digital voices and influence the industry landscape.
  • Collaborate across business units and with Directors to align social initiatives with cross-company projects.
  • Identify and implement more efficient social workflows and reduce operational complexity.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
  • Support team capability development and improve workstream dynamics.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in social media strategy, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing complex social portfolios for global brands.
  • Deep technical knowledge of social platforms and the relationship between organic content and paid growth strategies.
  • Ability to operate effectively between hands-on execution and big-picture strategic planning.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work independently with only occasional refinement on complex projects.
  • Mentor mindset with the ability to develop team capabilities and workstream dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience in short-form video production, design, or copywriting is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming, ad tech, or real-time 3D technology landscape is preferred.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
