Description

  • Own the prioritization, delivery, and performance of a comprehensive social media portfolio.
  • Optimize content using deep understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Design and implement paid and boosting frameworks to amplify Unity’s most important stories.
  • Lead the end-to-end social strategy for Unity’s executive leadership, including VP+ communications.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to help shape executive digital voices and industry influence.
  • Collaborate across business units and with peers and Directors to align social initiatives with cross-company projects.
  • Identify and implement more efficient workflows to reduce complexity and improve delivery.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively manage operational risks before they affect execution.
  • Mentor team members and identify opportunities to strengthen team capabilities and workstream dynamics.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in social media strategy, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record managing complex social portfolios for global brands.
  • Deep technical knowledge of social platforms and the relationship between organic content and paid growth strategies.
  • Ability to move fluidly between hands-on execution and high-level strategic thinking.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work independently with only occasional refinement on complex projects.
  • Mentor mindset with the ability to develop team capabilities and improve workstream dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience in short-form video production, design, or copywriting is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming, ad tech, or real-time 3D technology landscape is preferred.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English for frequent professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
