Description

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap informed by technical expertise, customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Translate customer needs into clear product requirements with technical input on value, measurability, and feasibility.
  • Lead and manage the product roadmap with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Gaming, Engineering, Quality, Design, Documentation, Program Management) to identify business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
  • Prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for product releases.
  • Facilitate customer feedback loops and iteratively refine the product to increase customer value.
  • Demonstrate and use the product hands-on and represent the product in customer visits and industry developer events as the primary product advocate.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting and executing a successful game launch.
  • Highly technical understanding of game development from past experience with Unity, Unreal, or proprietary game engines.
  • Demonstrated skills in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and deliver on shared goals.
  • Comfortable serving as the primary product advocate at industry events (e.g., Unite), customer visits, and strategic engagements.
  • Deep understanding of the Unity ecosystem and the intersection of product and technical architecture.
  • Sufficient professional verbal and written proficiency in English for frequent global communication.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position and work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available.

  • Gross pay salary range: $135,800 — $203,600 USD (actual pay may vary by location, experience, and other factors).
