Description

  • Implement and execute a regional strategy for Industry sales growth across EMEA.
  • Lead and develop a team of 4-5 Senior Sales Executives.
  • Deliver forecasting and go-to-market commitments while managing executive customer relationships.
  • Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders on enterprise deal structuring and execution.
  • Support customer-facing meetings to strengthen relationships and increase deal size and value exchange.
  • Provide market feedback to GTM teams to help shape Unity’s offering, roadmap, and market presence.
  • Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to secure successful outcomes.
  • Build relationships with customer executives and business decision makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal GTM teams and external enterprise stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in SaaS, platform, and/or cloud technology sales and sales leadership.
  • Proven track record negotiating deals of $1M+.
  • Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders and business functions to drive alignment and results.
  • Experience with channels, ISVs, and system integrators or service partners.
  • Passion for sales leadership, talent development, and building high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in Real-Time 3D, Asset Management, Data Transformation, and Visualization is preferred.
  • Experience activating and scaling new go-to-market motions is preferred.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
