Description

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate sales team members.
  • Build pipeline through outbound efforts, webinars, and events.
  • Develop sales playbooks and use data to improve sales performance.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals to technology buyers in the US.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to the organization.
  • Set OKRs and KRAs for individuals and for the sales team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • At least 4+ years of experience selling RPA or process automation to financial services.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales quotas.
  • Experience leading and managing sales teams in a distributed environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and understanding of US culture.
  • Ability to work US East Coast hours (8am to 5pm).
  • Prior experience working with C-level executives.
  • Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
