Description

  • Review incoming Third-Party Risk Assessment (TPRA) tickets in Jira and assign preliminary risk tiers based on spend, data types, and vendor location.
  • Evaluate vendor responses across privacy, corporate compliance, ESG and sustainability, and health and safety domains.
  • Conduct deep-dive assessments to identify compliance gaps and other risk concerns in vendor documentation and portals.
  • Engage vendors and internal business partners to resolve red flags by requesting clarifications or supplemental questionnaires.
  • Escalate complex risks to Legal and TPRA Leads when additional review is needed.
  • Coordinate with the Contracts (PCA) team to ensure risk findings are reflected in final agreements.
  • Determine when a No Review closure is appropriate versus when a Full Assessment is required.
  • Maintain closure notes, revalidation dates, and assessment records to support audit readiness.
  • Work toward the required 10-day SLA while improving turnaround time toward the 8-day year-end goal.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle and how risk management fits into procurement.
  • Experience applying tiered risk frameworks to determine assessment outcomes and revalidation frequency.
  • Ability to review complex documents such as Trust Centers and Security Portals to identify compliance gaps.
  • Professional communication skills using tools such as Slack, Gmail, and formal follow-up reminders.
  • High attention to detail in documenting closure notes and revalidation dates for audit readiness.
  • Ability to work with high autonomy and make judgment calls on assessment closure versus full review.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for regular interaction with global colleagues and partners.
  • Experience using AI tools for independent research on vendor risk areas is a plus.
  • Knowledge of international high-risk country lists and embargoed regions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with EcoVadis or CDP disclosure scorecards is a plus.
