Description

  • Define and own the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy and quarterly roadmap for the AI business.
  • Design and execute multi-touch, data-driven campaigns across digital, lifecycle, and partner channels.
  • Build cohesive customer journeys that combine content, digital, lifecycle, partner, and account-based motions.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Content, and other stakeholders to align target account strategies and messaging.
  • Support lead follow-up and funnel velocity through close coordination with Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead audience segmentation and database expansion efforts to improve reach and targeting.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to manage data integrity, lead routing, and campaign attribution.
  • Own program analytics and budgets, using dashboards and KPIs to test and optimize performance.
  • Drive awareness, adoption, revenue, customer expansion, and pipeline growth through measurable programs.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline through integrated, multi-channel programs.
  • Experience working with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams on shared goals and execution plans.
  • Experience with marketing operations tools and systems, including Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics/reporting platforms, and attribution systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, lifecycle marketing, ABM, and partner motions in B2B go-to-market organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or emerging technology categories.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Expert project and budget management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional verbal and written English communication skills are required.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
