Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code principles.
  • Build and manage containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters, with a focus on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  • Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
  • Automate infrastructure and IT operations to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and enhance user experience.
  • Explore and implement AI tooling to improve operational efficiency, security, and predictive maintenance.
  • Architect and manage highly available solutions in a global, multi-cloud environment.
  • Drive technical initiatives and contribute to automation and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multi-region engineering team.

Requirements

  • Experience with Kubernetes, especially GKE, and containerization technologies.
  • Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools, including ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
  • Experience working in a cloud environment such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Ability to write high-quality, production-grade code in Python or Golang for automation and service development.
  • Experience developing or integrating AI/ML tooling (preferred).
  • Familiarity with modern observability practices, including logging, metrics, and alerting tools such as Elastic Stack and Prometheus/Grafana (preferred).
  • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing complex services in high-traffic Linux production environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native services and SQL/NoSQL database infrastructure automation (preferred).
  • Strong ownership mindset and excellent collaboration skills in a distributed, multi-region team.
  • Sufficient English proficiency for frequent professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
