Description

  • Analyze business processes and user needs to define clear data requirements.
  • Communicate with end-users, key users, and technical teams to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Translate business needs into reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Implement and monitor data quality standards to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Draft test plans and test scenarios aligned to business requirements.
  • Evaluate the impact of business process changes on the data warehouse.
  • Manage change requests and ensure alignment with business and data strategies.
  • Work with data architects and database developers to design data structures aligned with business needs.
  • Document functional specifications, maintain documentation, and validate reports and dashboards against source systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT.
  • Experience in project, program, and portfolio management methodologies, including PMP, PM2, and Agile.
  • Experience with scaled agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and prior success in a multi-stakeholder-facing role.
  • eProcurement experience, including migration to SAP S/4HANA, is considered an asset.
  • Experience analyzing incidents, problems, and defects in business workflow applications using QA/QC practices.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Java, Oracle SQL, SQL Server, and JIRA is considered an asset.
  • PM2 or Scrum Product Owner certification is considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English at C1 level is mandatory.
