Description

  • Work with executive leadership to develop compensation plans across revenue and operations organizations.
  • Maintain performance targets and generate commission statements.
  • Produce key reporting that provides visibility into commission trends and employee performance.
  • Provide ad hoc analytics and query support to internal teams.
  • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Recommend creative alternatives and strategic actions to drive business growth.
  • Use proprietary data assets to improve execution and support the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Develop and execute incentive plans across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role, or a preferred Master’s degree.
  • Excellent analytical, statistical modeling, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Experience and comfort with SQL and Excel.
  • Ability to handle ambiguously defined problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Analytically curious with the ability to identify insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope.
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining statistical findings to non-analytics audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Experience with PowerBI, SAS, Python, or R is valued.
  • Master’s degree achievement is preferred.
