Description

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
  • Build pipeline from scratch in an early-stage environment and win strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Translate AI/ML capabilities into clear business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Position Unframe as the preferred option for organizations evaluating whether to buy or build AI capabilities.
  • Develop multi-year expansion strategies across IT, product, and innovation stakeholders.
  • Collaborate directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy.
  • Influence the product roadmap based on customer and market feedback.
  • Close high-value deals and help define the company’s market position.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota overachievement at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting.
  • Experience selling into highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
  • Nice to have: experience in regulated industries and early-stage startups.
